Son has had eczema since he was 5 weeks old and these sleeves are the only things that prevent him from rubbing his cheeks and making his face sore. Before these sleeves even wearing cotton mittens would still make his face very inflammed and just didn’t cut it as he rubbed his skin, we have two pairs and use them every single night the silk is amazing. Could not recommend enough, they worked overnight
