The sleeves have been fantastic for our baby who kept wriggling out of regular mitts/integrated mitts. The tips are soft and don't irritate baby's skin. I highly recommend this if your baby struggles with eczema. We use both normal scratch mitts and the velcro ones. They're always mailed very quickly too.
