used this company prior to lockdown, service was great, delivery swift, product as expected. Recently placed a few orders over a 2 week period, this on the basis of “Next Day” delivery - after 1 week I contacted the company via the chat online. No information on when the product would be available, I even got a “finger crossed” emoji when told I would have info in two days. Subsequently, 3 weeks later I was told the product I have ordered is going to be another 6 weeks at least, but all other products were available if I wanted to swap. I agreed to swap as I was promised a “next day” delivery. 30mins after receiving the despatch confirmation email I received a follow up email informing me that the Courier company did not pick up my delivery. Since then I have not been able to get a response via email, chat or telephone. Well over £1k spent and no info.I also have received numerous marketing emails encouraging me to place orders for early discount…. All this off the back of an email from Sophie, the founder, advising that ScreensWith Envy had been named as official partner of Love Island, but this would NOT have any impact to deliveries… I’m guessing I will see my screens (Kerplunk) on the new series of Love Island then!. A real shame to see a company lose sight of what made them grow… the customer!
