I ordered a radiator cover 7th October 2021, on next day delivery. I received notification that there was a delay and it would not be delivered until the end of October. I still do not have my order.
Every month, I do a live chat on the Screen With Envy website, and every month I am told that it will be delivered the following month. I appreciate that with COVID and Brexit there would be delays with supply however I do believe that after 8 months (to be told that it will be a further 2 months) that this is far from reasonable and acceptable. - I am almost certain that I will request an update in July to be informed of further delays.
Up until a few weeks ago, the product I ordered was still showing as available for next day delivery - now, the website is showing a 3 week lead time due to popularity (yet I am being told end of July?)
In February I was informed that I would receive the order in March and that there would be no further delays; I received a refund of £6 for the inconvenience and all of the many discounts and offers I had missed out on.
March came and went.
In April, I was ready to cancel my order in full (how many times can one person chase an order to be promised false delivery dates? At this point I had requested an order update 11 times) I was informed that all supply issues had been resolved and that it was guaranteed that I would receive the item in May; I was also promised that I would receive updates via email (nothing received)
I receive texts and emails, almost daily, for discounts which is great but I would prefer emails updating me on the status of my order (and what would be better, my actual order delivered!)
I am beyond frustrated with this; especially when I am told that “screen with envy has every intention to fulfil my order” but no one responds to emails.
