I ordered on 26th May on next day delivery. Goods didn't arrive I contacted was told I would receive an update on my order but nothing. I chased via message service I was either told I would get an update in a few days or sorry we are busy. I tried commenting on social media posts I have now been blocked. I have emailed and messaged multiple times with either no reply or automated lies. I emailed and called the courier directly who told me to talk to the supplier. On 13th June I got an email that said that my order was dispatched and they have requested an update from the courier which takes up to 24 hrs but can be up to 72 hours. I believe this to be a lie. No contact since so I chased again and asked for a refund or delivery confirmation still no reply. If you read trust pilot reviews and reviews from ex employees on forums they are told to lie to customers. Their customer service is shocking! There are so many people in the same situation. Please don't risk your money. I have reported them to Watchdog, if you are in the same situation report them to stop them taking other peoples money with no delivery of good in the future.
