Waited 4 weeks for a delivery, some of my items finally arrived! Damaged at the sides as if been in a vice!
I have spoken/emailed the customer service team numerous times, emailed Sophie Birkert (CEO) herself...still nothing
On top of receiving damaged goods, I am still missing the posts. So even if the screens weren't damaged, I couldn't put them up
I am now told to return the items myself in order to receive my refund. From the one courier I could find that would collect them, the quote was £166!!
I am appalled by the lack of empathy and abysmal attitude of the customer service team. I will be reporting the company to trading standards
In what world should the customer be expected to fork out £166 to return items that were delivered damaged by no fault of their own but by fault of the company?! Screen with Envy should take responsibility as any legitimate company would
