I am so very disappointed with their service. I signed an agreement with them back in January and after 60 days all I got is a total of 4 pages of editing of my manuscript. The original project manager assigned to me was also no longer working in the company and I was assigned to another project manager who only contacted me via email twice, and never called me back when I tried to communicate with her on the phone, I was told that she would call me within an hour and then again when I called back a few days later she never responded, so I decided to send her another email canceling their service, and I call her again to confirm my cancelation. She finally answered the phone and when I told her that I already requested my credit card for a refund of my initial deposit of $300 (50 % down) she asked me why I was calling her now if I already got my down payment back. I was promised that my book would be published on Amazon within 30- 40 days in the agreement that I signed up for, but 60 days later, all I got was 4 pages. Now I received an email from my credit card that they want to rebill me since the Scribe marketer contested my cancelation.
