So many great things you guys are doing, I've sampled quite a few already and I have to say the Norfolk whelks in kimchi sauce is up there with the best. I'm a great fan of imported Spanish canned fish anyway, so it's great to have an alternative, and British supplier. You're pushing at an open door here at Bread and Flowers.
