What a beautiful product. So muck work has gone it to it from the packaging to the taste. The paper wrapping makes it suitalble for a gift but more than that is the subtle flavours of the fish. Will def be buying again. (and no I am not related to anyone at the compnay). Also an amazing story of sustainability that needs to happen in more businesses.
