Just enjoyed a tin of the Cornish Hake, Rosemary and Capers. Wonderful lunch! I ate it warmed on a slice of sourdough toast with a small cocktail gherkin grated over the top. I will use it next time as a canapé on a Ritz cracker. Delicious.
