Found these guys in Borough Market on a rare trip to London. I am pleased I bought the three random tins of fishy loveliness because until I opened them I had no idea just how excellent are the products. I particualrly like that this is a British cannery creating long shelf-life food with a different edge. Not just because I am a sailor and love seafood, but I can take them with me onboard and throw one in a pan of boiling water for something hot and tasty at sea
