This Krav Maga school is phenomenal. The instructors really love what they do, and it shows. The kickboxing classes are my favorite. But all classes are hands on, so you get really comfortable with the basics of self defense combat. I highly recommend learning these life saving techniques for men and women. Women don't be intimidated by the idea of hand to hand combat. Everything is very controlled and professional. Check them out. Kid and women friendly!
