The Krav Maga training is a blast! Not only is the instruction useful in real life scenarios but it's a great workout as well. Fusion has a great community and great team of instructors. I like the structure of the class. He performs the moves for observation first, then has you practice it on your own or with a partner. There is repetition of the different lessons which I think is great for retention and muscle memory. It's great for new comers and there are advanced classes as well.
