I have been training at Fusion for several months, and I love the fun and functional workout I get in every Krav Maga class. The instructors are great; their respect for the martial art as well as every student that walks through the door is evident. In each class they push you to improve incrementally. They are awesome with beginners and will make you feel comfortable learning new things while simultaneously growing your comfort zone. I have enjoyed challenging myself and pushing my body to do things I never imagined it could do. Since beginning my training, I have noticed that I am more aware of my surroundings. I now have the confidence to assess a situation and act appropriately to protect myself if the need arises. I highly recommend Fusion Combat!!
