Be very weary. I used Seven Seas multiple times while moving overseas without issue, but on the most recent occasion an item with premium insurance was damaged during shipping and they have been absolutely unwilling to accept any liability or try to work towards a reasonable resolution.
Don't expect phone support to help as they have corporate stonewalls up stopping you speaking to anyone beyond first level customer support.
Don't expect their insurance or complaint departments to help, their concern is with saving dollars, not helping their customers.
Read the insurance fine print, it covers far less than you'd expect, even their premium insurance.
If you have item(s) damaged with Seven Seas, expect to have to pay out of your own pocket, or go all the way to Ombudsman.
Just use another shipping company, I sure will be!
