I ordered a keypad on the bank holiday. this got processed on Tuesday. SHG posted the product by DHL. We never received the item. Despite DHL taken picture of the box. but an unknown person signed for it. I called SHG on Friday and told them that I have not received it. Their team very nice guy helped and deispacted one for the next day's delivery by DPD (never received it . I had to go to the Depo to collect it). SHG team was supportive, helpful and had good communication. the Delivery was not their fault.
