Seller sent the wrong item, with full knowledge that it was incorrect, assuming I would accept it, however all it has meant is I am stuck with the wrong item and now have to find the time to print off return labels and get to a post office to send it back just so I can get a refund. Totally wasted my time, when all they needed to do is email me and explain they were out of stock, would I like an alternative or a refund..
This is why people use Amazon sadly, your money is returned sometimes before you have mailed the item back.
