I tried the boiled eggs. Texture is how I remember them to be. I would suggest that more kala namak be used to enhance the flavour.
Similarly with the poached egg. The texture was how I remember. It was a little watery when I cut it open but became more solid when it cooled. Again could do with more kala namak for a more eggy flavour. All in all was very impressed and will buy again. Only thing that may put people off is the delivery costs and the excessive packaging.
