With trepidation I ordered both the Fried and the Poached eggs, I don't mind telling you that I was very nervous of eating them as I previously had a horrible experience of vegan boiled eggs from another company. I need not have feared these, OMG I had the fried egg on fried bread and couldn't believe how good it was, it was a little mushy but that may have been my fault. I had the poached egg on top of a mushroom risotto and it was fabulous. My only gripe is the packaging cost, £5.99 is a lot especially if you just want a packet of fried egg, the product itself though is really game changing.
