I ordered the poached, fried, boiled and egg mayo. The positives - the egg mayo and the boiled eggs are great. The poached eggs weren't runny at all just a solid yellow lump that separated from the white during cooking meaning that the white just took on water like a soggy white pillow. They taste ok, but definetly need more kala namak. The fried eggs were a disaster, I heated the oil until smoking as instructed but the white remained jelly like, the more I cooked it the worse it got and then the yolk split. All in all it was a sloppy disaster! I had such high hopes but don't feel like they're quite right just yet.
