Eggs thawed & slimy on arrival. Put in freezer in case they would still be ok & sent an email asking this. Received reply saying no should be frozen & to send order nos & any pics to facilitate refund. Didn’t have pics cause had put straight in freezer. Didn’t receive a reply to 2 further emails.
