I have recently purchased thousands of dollars in audio equipment from you guys for 2 different vehicles of mine. The sounds quality and product are amazing. I’ve had some issues and needed some simple questions answered but the customer service is nonexistent! Very sad that you can’t reach anyone through a phone call or email like you suggested, but can immediately place a new order and receive products the next day. Get it together guys!!
