I purchased a system for my boat on Black Friday sale. I did receive 3/4 of my order in perfect order and in a timely manner. I was supposed to receive the other part of my order but it has been lost by Fedex in shipping. I tried to contact skar and fedex with no success. I have been issued a refund from skar but with no sale I am having to pay more now than I originally ordered. So in short, still don’t have all the equipment and now have to pay more for what I originally ordered. I do realize that Fedex is the issue, but why not send out a replacement so there isn’t any more money out of my pocket instead of waiting for a refund and then having to reorder for more $$$.
