I purchased an item on the 16th. Paid for express delivery and didn't receive the item untill the 22nd. I contacted the team on the 20th as I hadn't received any dispatch email, I was told that my item had been dispatched and that it shound have been with me by now. They said they'd contact DPD to find out more. I then got a dispatch email on the 21st so I think they either lost or forgot my order. The lady I spoke to did seem eager to help and gave me a discount code for any future orders for the inconvenience which was very nice of her. So far 3/5, hasn't put me off shopping with them but fingers crossed future orders will be dispatched quicker.
