used to be really reliable and never let me down . But last week I sent a BTC payment and then asked for payment confirmation, which they never sent me.
I've sent 3 emails since (and I know they are being read because I have tracking embedded) but still they won't reply.
So I'm guessing it's time to move on from them. Ok they've got my £40, but lost my future business . Shame as they used to be really good
