We were not informed that an independent company would do the installation.
We were charged an extreme amount ($300.00) to make adjustments to the size of the counter opening which took less than 45 minutes. We were not told in advance of this $300.00 charge.
We were told by the installation crew that they would do all clean up but they failed to do any clean up.
