Ordered Freezer on Monday the 12th. At that time estimated delivery was the 15th. Bait and Switch. Spoke with Michael Brenneke today (16th). He said you are now anticipating delivery to you on the 21 st. I suspect my delivery would be after that.
Told by Michael he would "understand" if I found the product elsewhere and got an earlier delivery. So I will be looking into just that. Cannot believe you can keep your doors open with such poor customer service.
