Purchasing online through Slyman was a fairly seamless experience. The item I ordered came in earlier than expected and scheduling a delivery was easy. You could also track the truck carrying your item, which is handy for customers trying to get kids and or pets corralled. The only reason I gave a 1-star demerit was that you could not select morning or afternoon on your delivery day, and the delivery folks did not level my appliance. Other than that, everything was great!
