Too many things went wrong with this order and the company did not take full responsibility for what happened. I feel that I was charged higher restocking fees for the second refrigerator return. I wasn't informed about refund policies. The 25% restocking fee was excessive considering this start with a mistake by your employee.
This rating is based on Slyman Bros only! The delivery, which is a different company was amazing. Before buying from this company read the online reviews.
