Experience was good. I have a recommendation. Slyman Brothers personnel should fill out the rebates and send them in to the manufacturer for your customer. This would bring the experience to a five star.
I bought a heat pump this past summer and the company completed the rebate paperwork. I gave them a five star rating and now I will stay with them forever.
