The issue really revolves around the install. Did not have the correct hose for the steamer and left the wash machine drain hose on the floor. Unknown to us. A load of laundry was completed in order to utilize the new dryer. When the load was complete we a large area of the basement to be flooded. This took serveral hours to move the items stored and mop up the floor. A lot of non-value time added to a simple install. I truly believe the install group was in a hurry to be done for the day since the install was the last one. The second team was very professional, addressed the installation issues in a much simpler fashion. After several purchases from Slyman's over the years with no issues, this was extremely disappointing. I am considering other appliances over the next six months and if I return to Slyman's the only way I will purchase is if the second install time is involved. Hopefully we contained everything and mold will not develop in the carpet.
