Great selection, excellent information on the website, and a kind, helpful, and knowledgeable salesman, Carter, all merited 5 stars.
However, through no fault of Slyman Brothers nor Carter, the process for setting up a payment plan was tedious and hopelessly convoluted. It finally came together, but what was anticipated to be a 10 to 15 minute exercise proved to be nearly an hour long trip through voicemail hell.
