I knew what appliances I came to Slyman to purchase. I told Lance what features I wanted. He showed me several choices. I was in and out of the store very quickly and delivery/installation was made the following week by 2 great, personable guys (believe their names were Brett and Brandon). My sister recommended Lance a couple of years ago when I bought my washer and dryer. He does a great job by not wasting my time showing things that I don't want or need. When I next want a refrigerator he is the person I will be calling.
