I was promptly attended to by Sam, pointed out the product I wanted, we sat down, purchased it, he provided me with the rebate information and directions to the warehouse so I could pick it up the same morning. The guys at the warehouse were extremely efficient, retrieved my product, and loaded it into my vehicle for me.
