I worked with Sam Litzinger on my washer purchase. I'm a quilter, and have specific things I was looking for in a new washer. He was knowledgeable about the different machines, and took the time to be sure the models I looked at would meet those needs. The delivery/install occurred quickly. The delivery team did a really good job getting the machine in, and up and running.
