Our salesperson (Jordon) did not seem at all interested in helping us from the moment we walked into the store. When we said "we don't know much abt these appliances" her reply was "yeah, it is confusing" and started to walk away. As we are purchasing the new appliances, no offer of "wld u like something to drink" after my wife said she was "really thirsty" in front of her (the fridge with drinks was plainly visible from her desk). After buying +$2000 worth of appliances, you wld think she wld say "thank u for shopping at Slyman" or something. Nope. Just gave us the paper work and walked away. Not even "good bye". Oh, and the delivery people didn't hook up the drying vent to our new dryer - we had to do that ourselves afterwards. Our kitchen is being remodeled next week. We will buying all new kitchen appliances from somebody that is more customer-friendly.
