We ordered two lamps, got update about the delivery, tracking information as well. Unfortunately one of the lamps was damaged, but it was very easy and quick to get a replacement. The customer service was excellent, as soon as they received the damaged lamp, they sent the replacement the same day, which we received within 2 days. We are very happy with the lamps and the customer service, can highly recommend Smart Lighting Industries.
