The service and online experience was good.
I do however have a problem with the specifications of the unit purchased, V-TAC LED Panel 12W (VT-1207). The cutout size is listed at 155mm. However the actual cutout size is in fact 157mm. While this may not sound like much this was replacing an existing panel already installed which was 155mm and my cutout in the ceiling was 155mm originally so it did not fit so had to sand/file the hole out to accomodate the panel. I even check this on a vernia guage and the panel is 157mm.
