100% recommend to quit smoking.
However if you’re hoping to move down nicotine percentage, it’s slightly less value for money as I find that beyond 1.8% the e cigarettes lose the effectiveness yet are the same price.
Otherwise I’ve completely stopped smoking and haven’t found it hard at all👍🏻
