This is my 3rd week of being a non-smoker after 50 years of smoking 20+ a day I have found it too be a bit easier than I thought it would be with smoko.
The thing I like most is minimal amount of smoke with each puff, it still eases the craving but you don't look like a 1950s factory chimney
