My husband was looking online for products to try and help him quit smoking. He found Smoko E-cigs and decided to give them a try. So I placed the order for them. The starter pack came very quickly and he loved them. So I placed an order for the refills. There were some issues with receiving them. But Jon, a representative reached out throughout the whole ordeal of getting the order replaced and he stayed in contact every step of the way. Not only is Smoko E-cigarettes a great product but customer care is beyond satisfactory. Five stars in my book for this company!
