I've smoked for nearly 50 years and never really wanted to give up until menthol cigarettes were discontinued last year. Having tried different pods and pens, I didn't hold out too much hope for the SMOKO e-cig but decided to give the starter pack a try - so glad I did because I've now managed without a cigarette for 2 weeks and just ordered 4 packs of menthol refils. Each one lasts me about 2 days and the flavour is good enough to stop the cigarette cravings so good value for money.
