Smoke free for nearly 6 months now thanks to Smoko. Never even tempted to try a normal cigarette in all this time - no turning back for me now. On the original Smoko, I've moved from 2% nicotine down to 1.8% and expecting soon to try going down to 1.5%. Also like the coffee and mint breeze flavours for change now & again.
