I am a 55yr old female who has smoked since I was 18yrs old. Quit 2 or 3 times and relapsed soon after just couldn't give them up loved them, I know!! how ridiculous!! I know smokers who are getting ill because of smoking. So for me it's last chance Charlie before they catch up with me. 2 weeks using smoko and feel better already. I can have a smoko when I feel the urge to smoke and it's working. Thank you so much.
