I had stopped smoking tobacco post surgery and after 4 weeks wanted so much to have a rollup again but a friend recommended this and two weeks later I am still on the same filter. Takes a bit of getting used to to find out how to use, the strength to puff, length of puff and when to exhale. I have the Virginia Rolling flavour and it's okay, still a bit sweet vanilla like for me but it's a case of adjusting your taste after years of the real thing but I only need 4-5 puffs a day to rid the horrible I want a cig craving. Easily assembled, easy instructions and good design.
