Ordered and used offer so reduced price on starter kit . Arrived day after ordering and have to say very impressed indeed. Only issue usb was faulty so wouldn't charge the batteries . On messaging online a lovely guy called Dan phoned me and said they would send a new USB out . Spoke to Dan on Thursday and Friday my new USB and a new battery arrived . Excellent customer service prompt and Dan was superb high five 👏 Dan . Definitely recommend company and product plus saves me money and help me quit smoking . I will be ordering again .
