Things I think are great (i) the product itself, like the metallic design and dimensions, (ii) availability of various tastes
Things that would be really great to see SMOKO do (i) consistency in quality e.g. sometimes the capsules taste bitter, have to throw away and put another one, (ii) batteries are not powerful enough and inconsistent quality again, bought a new one and it does not work well, so continued using the previous one.
