I gave up normal cigarettes in 2018 and now use 1.5 original e cigarette. Flavoured versions for a change occasionally. No longer have a smoker's cough. I smoked cigarettes for over 60years but found it reasonably easy to switch to electronic. Two packs of 5 lasts me more or less one month.
