Lovely looking bags and great to get the free satchel too, although the quality of the stitching is disappointing as freyed and uneven in places. I bought the rucksack for heavy laptop / work kit commute around London and unfortunately the fit is uncomfortable, very heavy on the shoulders. Could be improved with a chest strap.
