I've recently had a very successful engagement with Spirehouse over a leadership post. Matt took the time to understand the sort of person that we're looking for in the role- looking beyond lines in a Job Description. He understood the importance of the right culture to our business and so sought to find candidates who would complement and drive this. He was responsive and open to feedback and I feel that we built a good relationship through the course of the recruitment. He was not pushy but took clear responsibility for his part in the process.
